Legal Matters and Welcome Email

This option allows you to get a copy of the three important documents for you website namely, the client and debit order agreement, the welcome email if you did not receive it and the Client Charter.

1.  Tick this box if you would like a copy of the Client and Debit Order agreement.

2.  Tick this box if you would like a copy of the welcome email.

3.  Tick this box if you would like a copy of the Client Charter.

4.  Add the email address that you would like to send the documents to.

5.  Add any comments to the email.

6.  Click on the "SEND DOCUMENTS" button.

7. Click on the canellation procedure link if you want to cancel your website. This will open the Cancellation Procedure page with thedetails of your agent and your license holder.You will also be able to see

1. Search terms people used to get to your website
2. Please provide us with a reason for cancelling your website
3. Select this option if you want to cancel your website and your domain completely. This means you are not planning to recreate this website with another provider.
4. Select this option if you want to cancel your website with Kwikwap and are planning to recreate the website with another provider.
5. Click the SUBMIT button to finalise your cancellation. A message will be sent to the relevant parties to action your website cancellation
